Our Voices Were Heard is an age-positive new theatre show by The Elders Council of Newcastle and Unfolding Theatre. Through protest songs and real-life stories of taking action, a group of older people reflect on making their voices heard over the decades and where that leaves us now. With live music including songs co-written and performed with A Band Like This and Jane Holman, this upbeat production explores how we can make positive change across the generations. Join us for an inspiring morning that honours the past and looks ahead to a brighter tomorrow.
